It takes SPACE and TIME to cultivate a safe relationship with a practitioner so we can journey into the deepest parts within our body, energy field, and psyche - and from here re-integrate more of our life force energy that has been frozen in the past due to old traumas.

We need to be immersed in the grace of COMPASSION in order to feel safe enough to put down our guard, our armor, and our walls of protection - and BECOME our most authentic true selves. 

Together we will focus on two main areas that are guiding lights to experiencing more freedom and authenticity in our day to day lives.

• 1.) We will look at patterns that stem from looping programs that continue to come into our lives...those ones that seem to repeat over and over again. THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT. And you are NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG. We will go deep into the core trigger or hook that continues pulling us back into this undercurrent, or twisting loop-like energy, in order to create some real space around it so we can begin to see it clearly before its spin or current gets too strong pulling us back in once again.

• 2.) I will hold a sacred space of unconditional love where all that has been suppressed, or wrapped with spiritual dogma and judgment can be free to express itself without filters. I KNOW you are are WISE. I KNOW you are a loving and spiritually adept human being. And in order to live authentically we must allow all thoughts and emotions arise so we can truly see what is underneath them - which is not a judge or an unloving person - it is simply a part of you that is desperately needing something, and our job together is to create a life where you know yourself so deeply that you can start meeting your inherent needs to thrive and live authentically, and genuinely from your heart and in your truth. 

This also happens through cultivating a relational space of authentic connection. Most traumas happen from experiencing an unsafe moment on some level with another human. Therefore, healing happens when we have a NEW HEALTHY relational experience with another person. 

I believe this a central point of working with another practitioner skilled in sacred space holding.

It is also important to remember - We ALL have trauma - you are not alone - because we all have been hijacked into a false system of suffering along with our entire ancestral lineage. We ALL have this journey to walk of deep integration.

We often feel alone, unsupported, anxious, confused, and depressed.
Because we have programmed to “think” we are separate from each other. From life. From the universe. From Love.

And we have only known ourselves from our wound's filters - which are often directed by our ROOT chakra that has been plugged into a very disheartening unhealthy, and oppressive societal system. In turn, we are running a survival program in concert with the mind - as the executor of illusionary fears that imprison us from truly feely free.

And around and around we loop in this traumatic way of thinking, being, and living.

But…When we gently tend to our roots with presence & loving awareness, deeper universal truths can arise in-tangent with a new nervous system working through the electromagnetic resonance of the heart.

From here the neuropathways in our brain can rewire to new thought patterns. And with new perspectives come new realities.
And we don’t have to GO ANYWHERE to have this new life experience.

It’s grounded.
It’s here.
And it happens WITHIN the body.
