1:1 Online Transformation Sessions with lauren

I am here to be your guide as we traverse deep into your body, your soul, and your energy field - and untangle the discordant programs & thought loops, soften and transform the  heaviness of past traumas and ancestral wounds - that are no longer serving you. 

We will gently melt the frozen parts of yourself stuck in old memories, so they may reintegrate back into your energy system. 

This allows you to feel more at PEACE in your human experience, and more AUTHENTIC as you become your TRUE SELF. And l believe, living from an authentic space is the single most important thing we can do in this lifetime. It holds the currency of gold as we no longer preform in ways that only suppress, constrict, and conform to certain programs within society that cares little about our well being.

These sessions are powerful, and we generally will move a LOT of energy - while always setting an intention for what's in the highest good. 

I work with 3 major energies:

1.) Unconditional Love - Which is a space or energy that holds no judgement. Come exactly as you are. No masks. Nothing to prove. You are perfect in your messiest crunchiest most vulnerable moments.

2.) Sacred Witnessing - A sacred SAFE space to be seen, felt, heard, and gotten..deeply. This is how we heal/integrate. Through heart to heart relation, and co-regulation of our nervous systems.

3.) Nature - I work with the elements, templates, and sonics of nature, to re-attune our bodies and fields back into the natural rhythms of the earth. 

I am also an energy intuitive. So I will offer intuitive insights as they relate to what is alchemizing, and any additional insights that want to come through.
