Collective sacred healing spaces allow for co-regulation of the nervous system, which in turn helps to co-regulate the collective nervous system. 

Separation is a global disease and it is not NATURAL, and never found to be true in a healthy and vibrant ecosystem. WE NEED each other - we need NOURISHING safes to thrive in our unique authenticity and step into a new paradigm of BELONGING and INCLUSIVITY.

I believe the missing piece to TRUE HEALING, LIVING ABUNDANTLY,  & SOUL INTEGRATION is what happens when we feel truly connected, seen, and SAFE around others. And when we create sacred group healing spaces, we can begin to access a huge wellspring of nourishment together, that doesn't exist in the same way when alone.

And what about the importance of Re-Wilding our Hearts?

Now more than ever it’s imperative to create from your authentic heart space.
This is how we shift mountains.
Because NO ONE can take who you truly away from you. And when we live from that river of untamed freedom within our heart, to become our most authentic self, we are in a flow of powerful life force energy.

This is the medicine the world needs.

Why is it a revolutionary way of living?

Because our greatest dreams start with tapping into our FEELINGS (our heart) & EMOTIONAL BODIES. 

This is a road that is less travelled because it requires us to FEEL it all. 

BUT our emotions and vulnerabilities are where we can really expand our energy fields - we can move into a space of infinite potentials that are aligned to our purest and most authentic hearts. 

This path takes a willingness to dive into your inner and outer ecosphere to find your soul’s true purpose, in ways that go beyond what society understands or approves of.

But I’ve got you.

And together - in a healthy community system - we can witness and support each other. We can re-learn how to have healthy connections, boundaries, live in harmony with our natural environment and seasons, and attune to each other in a way that doesn't feel depleting or unsafe.

BEcause CONNECTION is the space where magic BLOOMS and true inner abundance is the most fluent.
